410 stainless steel pipe (UNS S41000) is a martensitic stainless steel mainly composed of 11.5-13.5% chromium and ≤ 0.15% carbon, without nickel. Unlike the austenitic structure of 321/321H, 410 achieves high strength and hardness through heat treatment (quenching+tempering), but has weaker corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance, making it suitable for low to medium corrosion environments such as mechanical components, cutting tools, valves, etc.
