2507 stainless steel coil is a duplex stainless steel (EN 1.4410) with molybdenum and chromium contents of 4.0% and 25% respectively. It has been used in applications where the resistance to corrosion by weathering, seawater, and heat is required, as well as for food processing equipment and containers.
2507 stainless steel coil is readily welded by all methods except resistance welding. As a result of its good formability and weldability, these stainless steel coils material have been successfully used in heat exchanger tube, water treatment and water supply systems.
